ManyMuse

Documentation

ManyMuse is an operations platform for brands that sell online. It brings a brand’s orders, stock, suppliers and customers into one workspace: orders from every sales channel are sent to the right warehouse, tracking goes back to the channel, customers are answered beside their orders, stock is reordered before it runs out, and the brand sees what it actually earned.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account. You get your own workspace; no card is needed during early access.
  2. Connect a sales channel under Channels: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or bol.com. Each one is connected with your own account on that channel, and your order history is imported once, automatically.
  3. Add who ships your orders: Amazon FBA, ChannelDock, a partner warehouse, or your own warehouse with ShipStation, SendCloud or PostNL for labels.
  4. Set your regions and the warehouse that serves each one under Network, then the rules that decide where each order goes under Rules. An order goes to a warehouse only through a rule you have turned on, or when you send it yourself.

What you can do in ManyMuse

  • Today — what needs you now, across orders, stock, suppliers and customers.
  • Orders — every order from every channel, its status, its parcels and tracking, sent to a warehouse by your rules or by hand.
  • Customers and returns — each customer’s orders and messages in one place, replies from your own support address, and returns with labels.
  • Inventory and Reorder — stock per warehouse, kept in step with your channels, and when to order more.
  • Purchase orders, suppliers and shipping plans — orders to your suppliers and the shipments that bring stock in.
  • Profit and loss — revenue, fees, cost of goods and advertising, per month and per product.

Connecting Amazon

Under Channels, choose Amazon and the region your seller account sells in (North America, Europe or Far East). Amazon shows its own consent screen; ManyMuse only receives access after you approve it there. You can connect each region separately and disconnect at any time.

Once connected, ManyMuse works only with your own seller account’s data, through Amazon’s Selling Partner API:

  • imports your orders and their items and fulfilment status, every hour;
  • reads your FBA shipments and inventory, so Amazon-fulfilled orders show their parcels and stock is counted per warehouse;
  • reads your settlement reports and fees, for your profit and loss;
  • reads your listings, to build your product catalogue;
  • sends tracking back to Amazon when your own warehouse ships a merchant-fulfilled order;
  • when you ask it to: sends an order to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment, cancels a merchant-fulfilled order, or updates the stock Amazon shows for a merchant-fulfilled listing.

Merchant-fulfilled orders. When you send one to your own warehouse, ManyMuse fetches that one buyer’s name and delivery address through Amazon’s restricted-data process, so the warehouse can ship it. The address is stored apart from the order, readable only by our servers, never sent to an AI service, never used to match anyone across channels, and deleted 30 days after the order ships. The phone number is never stored. ManyMuse does not message Amazon buyers.

Your Amazon data is never shared with another workspace, pooled across sellers, or sold. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
