These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ManyMuse (“ManyMuse”, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting it to a third-party service you control, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. The Service
ManyMuse is a customer-support operations platform that connects a merchant’s existing services (such as their storefront, helpdesk, and shipping providers) and presents a unified view of customer orders, conversations, and returns to that merchant’s support agents.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Connected services and credentials
The Service lets you connect third-party services using OAuth or API credentials. You are responsible for having the right to connect those services and for complying with their terms. You grant us permission to access those services on your behalf solely to provide the Service. You can disconnect a service at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to access data belonging to another workspace, no interfering with or disrupting the Service, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no use in violation of applicable law or the terms of any connected service.
5. Data
Your use of data through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we process it to provide the Service and do not use it to serve other workspaces.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyMuse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, the data-handling provisions of the Privacy Policy apply.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
