Customer supportBeta

Answer “where’s my order?” for every channel, not just Shopify.

Your support e-mail comes into ManyMuse, and every message arrives with that customer’s orders from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and bol.com, their parcels and their returns beside it. In beta: in daily use at one brand while we finish it.

Orders, restock and profit are open to everyone today.

Hi, where’s my order? I bought the oat mug last week and haven’t heard anything.

Drafted reply · waiting for a person

Hi Jonah, your oat mug (order #1047) left our warehouse on 20 October with USPS, and the tracking shows it on its way to you. Your planter from Amazon was delivered on 12 October.

The whole order history, whichever channel it came from.

A customer who bought once on Shopify and once on Amazon is one customer, with both orders, the tracking and any return next to their message.

The same question, answered once.

An assistant drafts each reply from the answers your team has given before and your own help articles. A person reads it and sends it. It answers by itself only on the kinds of question you’ve switched on.

Help articles you write once.

Write the answer to a common question once, publish it when you’re ready, and use it in replies and on your own help page.

It knows what the rest of the business knows. Coming

When a supplier’s ready date slips, support already has the new date, so the reply to “when is it back?” is right before anyone asks.

What it can’t do yet

It’s an inbox of its own: you forward your support address to it. It answers e-mail. An Amazon buyer you answer from the order itself, through Amazon’s own messaging; Etsy’s messages stay on Etsy for now. And it can’t show tracking your warehouse never sent; the order says “No tracking recorded”, so you know before you reply rather than after.

What beta means

The inbox is in daily use at one brand, and we’re finishing it before everyone gets it. Orders, restock and profit are open now; support joins them in the same account when it’s ready.
