Your purchase order goes to the supplier by e-mail, with the PDF and a personal link. No account needed. They check each line, enter or correct their price, set the goods-ready date, add their proforma invoice number, and sign with their name. Or they decline and tell you what to change. You’re told as soon as they answer, and nothing is final until you approve. The link works once, so there’s one answer, not a thread.

How the number is made
1.It reads what actually sells. Your sales per product and region, on every connected channel. Nothing to export each week.

When a ready date passes, the plan moves.
A ready date that goes by without the goods is on your Today list, with Chase supplier beside it. ManyMuse stops counting on the promised date: the goods now land no earlier than today plus shipping, and every product on that order is checked again. You see which ones run short, and on which day, while there’s still time to do something.

Ordering too much shows up too.
A product holding more than it needs, plus one more carton, pallet or minimum order, is flagged as overstocked. A correctly placed order never trips it; cash sitting in boxes you won’t sell this season does.
