2.Your history comes in. Recent orders first, older ones in the background, so your first look already shows your own sales.
3.Add your suppliers. How long each takes to make a product and how long it ships, and the e-mail their purchase orders go to. That turns your sales into reorder dates, and gives each supplier a link to confirm on.
4.Tell orders where to go. Write a rule, see what it would have done with your recent orders, then switch it on.
5.Work from Today. What needs a person, most urgent first. When it’s clear, it says “Nothing needs you right now.”
Questions
Do I have to stop using ShipStation or my warehouse?
No. ManyMuse sends orders to ShipStation, to Amazon multi-channel fulfilment, or to a list you pack by hand. Your warehouse keeps working as it does now.
Does my supplier need an account?
No. They get your purchase order by e-mail with a personal link, and confirm the price and ready date on that page. If you agreed it some other way, you can approve it yourself.
Will it send anything I haven’t approved?
No. A rule sends only after you’ve seen its trial on your real orders and switched it on, and orders already waiting go only after you confirm them. “Pause all sending” stops every rule at once.
What if I sell on a channel you don’t connect?
Ask for it from inside ManyMuse. Today it connects Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and bol.com.
